Common questions before booking transport.
How quickly can you collect a shipment?
It depends on the collection location, current driver availability and the nature of the shipment. For urgent transport, call and provide the collection address, destination, timing, dimensions and weight.
Is the transport direct with no transshipment?
For dedicated transport, the planned service is a direct journey from sender to recipient without scheduled transshipment, unless the individual order states otherwise.
What information do you need for a quote?
At minimum: route, required timing, cargo description, number of items, actual dimensions, weight and any special transport requirements.
Do you transport laboratory samples, medicines, biological materials or ADR goods?
Such consignments may require specific packaging, documentation, controlled temperature, ADR classification or additional authorisations. We accept them only after confirming that the specific transport can be carried out legally, safely and under the required conditions.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes. ASAP Solutions is VAT registered in Poland and issues sales documents in accordance with the agreed terms.
Is the shipment insured?
ASAP Solutions holds carrier liability insurance (OCP) subject to the current policy. The scope of cover depends on the actual policy terms and the nature of the shipment, so high-value or special consignments should be declared before the contract is concluded.
Do you provide international transport?
Yes, on selected European routes, subject to prior confirmation of operational feasibility, documentation requirements and legal compliance for the specific transport.
