Data provided with an enquiry

Depending on the matter, this may include identification and contact data as well as information needed to prepare a quote and perform transport, including collection and delivery addresses, contact persons, shipment details, billing information and transport documentation.

Quote form

After the form is submitted, the entered data is passed to the form-processing script on the hosting server and then sent by e-mail to ASAP Solutions. The website does not create a separate database of form enquiries. The submitted information is used to assess the enquiry, contact the sender and prepare a quote or continue handling the transport request.

External Clicktrans content

Customer reviews are displayed using an external Clicktrans script. When this content is requested, the browser connects to clicktrans.pl and may transmit technical information needed for the connection, such as the IP address, browser type or referring page. The Top Transporter certificate information is presented on the website independently of the external widget.

Cookies and analytics

ASAP Solutions has not enabled Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or its own behavioural advertising tools in this version of the website. If such services are added later, the privacy information and any required consent mechanism should be updated before activation.
